A very attractive, late 20th century, carved oak, blanket chest, of exceptional quality and condition.

This fabulous oak blanket chest is english made by one of the leading furniture manufacturers in todays market place, it is the famous ‘old charm’ company, of london road, ware, herts.

The chest is part of the very popular ‘old charm’, ‘light oak’ range and would sit nicely with other matching ‘old charm’ pieces.

It has a lift up top, with traditional thumb-nail edges and it has attractive oak- wood graining through-out. there are two inset oak panels to the front, all have the ‘old charm’ linen-fold decoration and there is a chop-carved border above and grooved line decoration to the sides and base.

The chest has an inset oak panel to each of the sides and it stands on four sturdy block feet with an additional moulded strip above, for added decoration.

This quality ‘old charm’, light oak, blanket chest has been cleaned, re-polished, it is in excellent condition and would be a very useful & attractive addition to any home.
