A beautifully made Italian musical side table, featuring a distinctive triangular top with hand laid marquetry decoration in a floral and scrolling motif.
The inlaid surface is finely executed and set against a warm, rich toned wood veneer, giving the piece a very elegant and decorative character.

The table stands on slender tapered legs and conceals an original wind up musical mechanism, accessed from beneath.
A brass label reading “Hand Inlaid Made in Italy” confirms its origin and quality of craftsmanship.
When wound, the mechanism operates correctly, producing a gentle vintage melody.

This piece works perfectly as a side table, occasional table or decorative accent, and would suit both traditional interiors.
