The trunk is constructed with a solid wooden frame, covered in original canvas with wooden battens and metal corner protectors. It features authentic period hardware, original leather handle and travel labels, all adding to its genuine patina and historical appeal.
The interior remains original, with fabric lining and securing straps still present.

Very Good vintage condition overall. Structurally solid and sound. As expected with an item of this age, there are visible signs of use, including surface wear, scuffs, marks, fading to the canvas, aged leather and patinated metal fittings. All wear is consistent with age and clearly visible in the photographs, contributing to the trunk’s authentic charm.
