The chair has a beautifully shaped wooden frame, most likely mahogany, with a gently curved back, sweeping open arms and elegant sabre-style legs. The restrained design and light proportions are characteristic of the Edwardian period.<\/p>\n
The seat, backrest and padded armrests are upholstered in a dusty rose \/ muted pink fabric, finished with traditional decorative trim. The combination of the warm mahogany frame and faded pink upholstery gives the chair considerable period character.<\/p>\n
