A charming antique oak drop leaf dining table, dating from approximately 1910–1930.

A particularly practical piece of early 20th century furniture, combining compact proportions with a generously sized dining surface when fully opened.

The table features a beautifully figured oak top with a warm aged colour and attractive natural grain throughout. Two hinged drop leaves allow the table to be reduced considerably in size when not required, making it an excellent choice for a smaller dining room, kitchen, apartment or cottage.

The top is supported by a simple and elegant early 20th century base with four gently tapered legs. The understated design works particularly well with both traditional interiors and more contemporary settings where an authentic antique piece can provide warmth and character.

Dimensions

Height: 73 cm

Width closed: 41 cm

Depth: 99 cm

Width fully open: 114 cm

Presented in very good antique condition, with expected age-related marks, surface wear, variations in colour and signs of previous use. These are consistent with the age and character of the table and contribute to its authentic appearance.
